Hello there, @apshomeandbusine. I'm happy to assist you on how to determine if a customer viewed an invoice you emailed in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QBO facilitates seamless tracking of the invoice history. Simply open one in the Invoices tab, and the Invoice Activity will appear to show a status flow. To do that:
- Go to Sales.
- Click the Invoices tab.
- Locate the invoice. You'll see the word Viewed under the Status column. You may also select it to show the Invoice Activity.
Additionally, personalise your sales forms in QBO to improve business connections with your customers. This way, you may choose which information to include in your invoices.
