How can I view my paystubs from another employer
I’ll share with you the two options on how you can view your paystubs from another employer, charbelenestepne.
If your employer is using the International version, there’s no payroll built-in feature within the program. It could be that he has integrated a third-party payroll app with the system to create paychecks for you. With this, I’d suggest contacting your employer to provide you the steps on how to view your paystubs.
However, if your employer is using the US version, he can invite you to grant an online access in viewing paystubs. Please have him perform the steps on how to send you an invite through this article: Invite Employees To View Paychecks and W-2's Online.
Once invited, you can accept the Workforce invitation from him. Just go to this link: https://workforce.intuit.com. Then, sign in to your account either on your computer or mobile device.
After that, you can now view, download, or print your paychecks. Let me guide you how.
You can access not only paychecks on the website but also, W-2’s and other payroll info from your other employer. For more details, go through this article: QuickBooks Workforce.
I’m just a post away if you need anything else. Have an awesome day.
Hello,
We have separate companies that we transfer employees between. These employees already have an account set up to view their pay stubs with the first company they received a paycheck from. Once they transfer, they cannot see the pay stubs from the new location they work at. How can they add a second location on Intuit to view their pay stubs. We are sending them invites from the new location but it is giving them a message saying they already have an account under that email address. So, if you could let us know how to just add a location to their current account it would be really helpful!
Thanks for joining this thread, beccaVP,
It's good to hear that your employees have already an account under the same email address. They'll simply need to sign in using the existing account to view their paystubs online.
If not, you'll want to enter a new email on their profile and send another invitation. Here's how to enter a new email:
Once done, your employees can look for an email from Intuit Services ([email address removed]) with the subject "Finish setting up with [business name]." If they don’t see the invite, check your their spam folder.
Then, let them click Get access to paychecks to accept the invitation. And, create an Intuit account with their new email and a password.

Thank you for the quick response.
To clarify, when the employee signs in to view their pay stubs, only the old company is available to view. How do they gain access to view stubs with the current company using their same log in information? I've attached a pic of my personal intuit account where you can see that I have 2 companies that I can view my pay stubs on. I'm trying to figure out how an employee can add a second company to view.
Thanks for your prompt response, @beccaVP. I appreciate the screenshot you've shared.
For the employee to see both companies, they should see a second company in the drop-down if you invited them using the same email address on both employer accounts.
Since your employee still unable to see both companies, let's have them change the username for the same email address by setting up different usernames for two companies. Here's how:
1. Go to https://accounts.intuit.com.
2. Sign in using an existing username and password.
3. Go to the "username" area and click Edit.
4. Change information to a different username (must not be a full email address.
5. Open email invite from the second company, then create an account using the email address as username.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can determine what's causing this to happen and help you fix the issue. They can also help submit a case to further investigate the issue whenever necessary.

I understand how important it is to see your paychecks through QuickBooks Workforce. It's best to reach out again to our Support Team so they can further investigate it. I know already contacted them, but they are the ones who can check it since they have all the tools needed. You can chat with them from Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.
Additionally, you'll want to temporarily ask for a paper copy of your paystub from your employer. They can download or print it at any time.
Leave a mesage again if you need anything else. Have a great day!
I’m trying to get intuit from my I pad which one off these do I go to to view my pay stubs so I can print them out
Hi there, Skye18logan.
Payroll services and viewing paystubs are currently not offered in any other regions outside of the USA, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
Just in case your employer a USA account, follow these steps on how to access your paystub:
