If you’re using QuickBooks Online products in USA, Canada (English & Français Canadien), Australia, or the UK, each has a dedicated region-specific Contact Us page and Community to help with your questions. To get the right help, avoid missing emails, and protect your information, the best way is to work with a QuickBooks Online product expert from within your account.
Global product customers can easily access support directly from within QuickBooks Online. Simply use the Help function to get the help you need. Read the step-by-step instructions to contact QuickBooks Online Support in our help article. Or, search for self-help articles and find our web-based Contact Us information at the bottom of our QuickBooks Support page.
For more complex issues, our QuickBooks Experts may need to launch an investigation. They'll reach out to you directly via email, using the address associated with your QuickBooks Online account. They may ask for additional examples or information, provide updates on their progress, and let you know when they've found a solution.

If you‘re experiencing a blank screen when trying to chat with support in your QBO browser, here are a few troubleshooting steps to check for browser issues first.
You can start by pulling up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
Once signed in, go to the Help menu to contact support via chat. If you're able to connect, return to your default browser and clear your cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performances issue. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.
Could you please tell me where you downloaded Turbo Tax? In QuickBooks, when you purchase a product and once your order is processed, you should receive an email containing your license and activation keys. I’m here to help you find that information so you can get started with TurboTax right away.
If you haven't seen the email yet, please check your spam and junk folders, as it might have ended there. If you still can't find it, I recommend reaching out to the TurboTax support team. They’re equipped to assist you and can provide detailed guidance since they have access to all the necessary tools and resources.

I purchased Turbo tax for Mac online.
It doesn't download and asks for all kinds of keys, passwords etc, that I don't have and therefor can't use the turbo tax for Mac that I purchased
