Are you getting an error when connecting the Barclays account? When connecting an account, you'll have to use the same login credentials that you use on the bank's website. Other reasons why you can't connect an account are as follows:
Your bank has multiple names on our list
Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts
Your bank is not a participating financial institution
You can also check with your bank to see if there's an update that needs your attention. If so, you'd have to complete it first before you can connect with QBO.
