We do regular updates including the looks of our QBO app. You can share your thoughts with our product development team, so they can consider making improvements in future updates: https://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/

 

If you need some references for QBO, you can visit the main support page, scroll down a bit, and click More Topics.

With the split screen I don’t know how to edit my original invoices

It is very difficult for me and it has wasted quite a bit of my time. All I wanted to do four hours ago from Miami was to go ahead and try to edit an invoice that I had sent to a customer however there is no possible way that I could figure it out so I am going to you and asking you to help me so I can edit an invoice that has already been sent I have no way of knowing with his dual screen that won’t allow me to do it

If you're using a QuickBooks Online (QBO) app, we can refresh your app data. Here's how:

 

For Android:

 

  1. Select Settings and tap the Refresh Data option.
  2. Click Yes to confirm the action.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to the menu or three horizontal lines icon.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Press Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

Next, open QBO again and edit the invoice. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall to start fresh.

 

However, if you're using a web browser, we can run a basic troubleshooting steps.

 

Let's check if this has something to do with the browser you use. Browsers have caches that temporarily save your browsing data. When it's full, you could experience unusual behaviors in QuickBooks like missing Plus icon. Below are some of the keyboard shortcuts that you can follow:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If this works, you may want to clear the browsing history of your regular web browser. This will remove previously stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.
