Let's access your account through a browser (mobile or computer). Use the same login credentials and then follow these steps on how to cancel our QuickBooks Online subscription.
- Go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings.
- From the left menu, select Billing and Subscription.
- In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.
- Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
- Follow the next steps.
- Select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Select Got it.
We keep your data for up to a year so you can pick up where you left off if you decide to resubscribe.
