Let's perform a few troubleshooting steps so you can start working with your bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
But before we proceed, may I know if you received an error message, what is the name of your bank account, and if you're using the mobile app version?
That said, let's consider reconnecting to your bank account by logging into your account using a browser and follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Transactions, select Bank accounts.
- Select Connect another account.
Once done and if your able to reconnect your bank, make sure the app you installed is the latest update. Or delete and install the app so it'll work as expected.
