What is the issue you are experiencing?

There is very limited functionality on the app, I can see a history but can't send invoices etc. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this hasn't solved the issue.

We currently have a raised investigation for the December release of the Android app in which the dashboard is not displaying any activity and there is no + icon on the toolbar to create transactions.
Our engineers are aware and will be releasing a fix in the next update. In the meantime please use the browser on the phone or access QuickBooks on a desktop device.

Is anyone else experiencing an issie with the Return button and decimal on the edit screen of a product?
I am unable to chamg e the quantity of aviation fuel, for example, to read XXX.Y litres........and I cannot edit the unit price and save it with a decimal?
It works perfectly on my iPhone and iPad but not on any Android device that I have tried....5 different devices?
Please assist?

Since you're still unable to edit the unit price of a product in your mobile device, let's consider accessing your account via the web application. From here, you can go ahead and update the unit price of your item.
But if you're still unable to do so even after performing all those steps, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. They can pull up you're account, securely, and create a case or ticket ID to be submitted to our engineers for further investigation about this unexpected behavior.

I'm having a multitude of issues on android also with quickbooks online. I am tech savvy and frustrated. Have tried multiple browsers. Nothing works as it should at all.
