Does anyone know how to overcome the split screen issue using the app. Until one of the updates it worked perfectly, now when on split screen it crashes the app

The appnow crashes and doesn’t save the info when used on split screen making it difficult to invoice as i take the information from a Microsoft word app. Never had a problem before one of the updates.

You will need to leave feedback regarding it for the developers to look at more. Can leave feedback in the main cog wheel of your account, it gets sent straight to the developers.

Hi There ,

 

are you still using the App that QBO have stopped supporting? I am too. 

 

When you say split screen, do you mean two screens or how else are you splitting your screen. If you have a ig enough screen you should be able to have the APP in one window and your Windows app in another. 

 

If the your windows app is feeding the APP then maybe the Windows app needs a tweak. I use QBO using the app across two screens, and in multiple tabs.

 

If your copy and pasting this should still work. If you can let me know I might have another idea.on fixing the problem..
