If you're trying to link your QuickBooks Online to the Quickbooks mobile app, the app is always in sync with QB Online on the web.
All you need to do to make this work is to download the app from an istore if you're using an iphone. For android user, you can download the app through Google play store.
Once you have the app, enter the same login information as you log in to your account using a regular browser. The browsers we currently support Android operating system 4.1 and greater; and iOS 9.3 and greater.
