Hello Desn, Are you the master admin within the company?
I am registered with my accountants so I would imagine they would be the admin. I am able to manuel enter and access milage on the website. It's weird ad I had my app auto tracking my mileage. Then I deselect the auto track and now can't seem to find anything to do with mileage on the app but have everything available on the website ?

i have checked that link already. as you can see by my screenshot I have no button on the app to select milage? i can get o menu but can't select mileage as it does not display

Open the QuickBooks mobile app.
Select the menu ☰ icon.
Go to the Mileage menu.
We are unable to see any screenshots off you that you have sent to us here. Have you tried uninstalling the app on your phone and reinstalling it and making sure it is on the latest version and seeing if the mileage button then appears for you? Could you please try that and let us know how you get on.
Hi yes made sure app was fully updated, I have also removed the app and reinstalled it. Don't know what else to do
Hi dean34, thanks for checking those - only paster admins can track mileage in QuickBooks Online using the app, though we are looking to expand this to company admins in the near future - could you please check your current user type by going to the Cog > Manage users? 🙇:female_sign:
