I cannot find the settings for reverse charge 5% on my app. How do I do this

I’m here to help you activate the reverse charge on your QuickBooks Online account, @boxerbenstocker-.

To manage your VAT process effectively, you'll need to set up a VAT Centre. You can use this to add another tax rate to your transactions, as this allows you to set a specific rate. Once you've completed the process, the newly added tax rate will appear in the VAT Rates section.

Let’s also make sure that the rates and codes are activated. To check this, we can go to Edit VAT and select Edit rates. The green button, which indicates that the code is turned on, must appear with those certain codes.

Here's how to set up an additional tax rate:

1. On the left pane, go to the Taxes menu.
2. Click the Add Tax button.
3. Choose between Tax rate or Custom tax. 
4. Enter the necessary information.
5. Tap Save.

To check your taxes, you'll want to run VAT Detail Reports. You can also view it from the VAT centre by navigating to VAT, then Prepare Return. Just hover over the amounts and click View Transactions.
