Hello Emily15
As Expensify is a third party app we can only give general guidance as we do not make the app we may have to advise you to contact them to resolve this.
Where have you checked in the product for the expense transactions. Also can we check are you looking on a desktop or at the phone app for QuickBooks Online? If you run an expense report do any transactions show as Expensify imports.Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the app integration? There are several plans with Expensify that have different functionality that could affect what you can import, we have included a link to the support page as well which also has their support page contact.Have you been able to sync this information in the past?
We welcome any Community users who use Expensify that may have had the same issue to join in the conversation with any tips
Thanks
Emma

I am actually having this problem now. No where in Quickbooks does an expensify report show up nor can I bring the file over via csv due to its exporting incompatibility. Do I have to tweak the export style so they can integrate?? I am frustrated with how mystic it is. I synced but cannot find a +. When trying to export in Expensify to QBO, it says already exported. Please help
Hello there, gabert.
After you connect Expensify to QuickBooks Online, you might have to configure the coding information. This way, you can export the transactions without using the CSV.
To guide you with the configuration process, please contact the Expensify Customer Support.
If there's anything else you need, please let us know. Thanks.
