Is it possible to log time against a project in the QBO iOS app? If not, do we know when that might be available?

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help clarify things about the tasks you can do with the QBO iOS app.

The Time Tracking feature is unavailable on our mobile app. As a workaround, use your mobile web browser to access your account and track time.

Please know our product engineers provide updates regularly to improve the features and options, including the app. For now, I recommend sending feedback directly to our engineers.

We also make changes and adjustments based on user feedback. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Share your feedback.
4. Hit Next to submit.

QuickBooks Online Mobile is available for iPhone, iPad, Android Phone, and Android tablet. I've attached an article you can use to learn which features you can use on mobile devices: Compare mobile app features.

Hi there, thanks for your response but i did already try accessing via my mobile web browser but i just get a message that says ‘switch to a bigger screen to track your employees time’.

We can start using clearing cache and cookies. It can resolve issues related to viewing information on the screen. Also, make sure the mobile browser apps are up-to-date. 

Moving forward, you can utilize a different device, such as a PC or computer, to access your account and track time. A bigger screen can provide more space for displaying time tracking tools, making it easier to view and manage your employees' schedules and attendance.

However, if you're still experiencing the same issue despite following these recommendations, please give us call. We'll investigate your account to understand why you're encountering this behavior.

1. In your QBO account, click on Help in the upper-right corner.
2. Then, go to the Search tab and click on Contact us.
