Next, open QBO again and check your expenses. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to start on a clean slate. On your mobile phone, drag the app to the Uninstall section and tap Yes to confirm the action. In case you’re using an iOS device, we have an ongoing investigation about missing data such as chart of accounts, customers, and products. To rectify the issue, uninstall the current app version from your phone and install the latest one.
I also recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care team so you can subscribe to the notification list to receive email updates. Alternatively, open your QBO account using a browser and perform your accounting activities from there.
