Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can view your client list using your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app, sandra.
First off, we can clear the app data. Doing so allows the system to refresh and remove the older files that have caused the app's behavior. I'll list the two ways where we can complete this process:
In the QuickBooks Online app:
- Go to the Menu icon.
- Select Help & Feedback.
- Choose Refresh Data, then click Refresh.
In your iPhone or iPad Settings:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose the QBO app.
- Choose Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
Afterward, we can power down and restart your iPhone or iPad to ensure the updates are implemented accordingly. In case the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This way, the version you'll be using is the updated one. You can uninstall it by tapping and holding the app icon. Then, drag it into the Uninstall trash can at the top of the screen. Then, we can reinstall the application.
In the meantime, we can open your QBO account on any web browser installed on your device, and from there, we can start managing your clients.
Moreover, I'll add this article about the different QBO app features available on supported mobile devices: Compare mobile app features.
