You are not supposed to subscribe twice when you already have a QuickBooks Self-Employed account. The reason why you were asked to create a new account is that the login credentials you use when using the app aren't the same when you log in using a web browser.
With this, I would recommend contacting our phone support directly. We'll be able to consolidate these two accounts.
