We can refresh your app data by performing steps to update the most recent available information in your QBO mobile app.
Here's how to do it on different mobile operating systems:
iOS
- Go to the Settings, then select General.
- Click iPhone Storage, then choose the QuickBooks Online app.
- Select Offload App.
Android
- Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options.
- Choose Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Click Yes.
This way, the storage will free up and start your data fresh. If data remains not updated, let's uninstall and reinstall your QBO mobile app.
