brand new user. was invited but get the answer below

i was invited to the online accountant under my registered email address. i keep singing in but get the following error message: we no QuickBooks online accountant

Let's resolve the error you're having to accept the invitation successfully, @Lnap

 

After making sure that your client sent the invitation to the correct email address and they have an active account, you can let them resend the invitation. 

 

You can ask your client to cancel the invitation and then send a new invitation. To delete the invitation and send you a new one, your client may follow the steps outlined in the following article and proceed to Step 3What to do if you can't accept client invites in QuickBooks Online Accountant
