After making sure that your client sent the invitation to the correct email address and they have an active account, you can let them resend the invitation.
You can ask your client to cancel the invitation and then send a new invitation. To delete the invitation and send you a new one, your client may follow the steps outlined in the following article and proceed to Step 3: What to do if you can't accept client invites in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
