QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have a pause option for subscriptions. As a workaround, you can temporarily cancel your account and resubscribe later, or downgrade your plan.
If you cancel, you’ll have read-only access for one year. Resubscribing within that year restores your full data with no back-billing. After 12 months, the data is permanently deleted.
