Canceling self employed subscription

Hi. I am trying to cancel my self employed subscription. When I open the billing page there is supposed to be a cancelation button but there is no button anywhere on the page. How do I proceed with the cancelation ?

Canceling self employed subscription

Hello, @Sparky72.

 

You can try canceling your account using a private browser or an incognito browser. I can guide you on how to do it.

 

You can refer to these shortcut keys.

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox.
  • Press Ctrl Shift N for Chrome.
  • Hold down Command Shift N for Safari.

If you're able to successfully login, you can try canceling your account again. Here's how to cancel your account:

  1. Click the Gear icon
  2. Choose Billing Info.
  3. In the Cancel section, click Cancel now.
  4. Enter the reason for your cancellation.
  5. Click Cancel subscription.
  6. Hit Cancel subscription again.

Once completed, you'd receive an email notification containing your cancellation details. Also, once you cancel a paid account, the system keeps your company data for up to a year so that you can pick up where you left off if you decide to re-subscribe during this time frame.
