You can try canceling your account using a private browser or an incognito browser. I can guide you on how to do it.
You can refer to these shortcut keys.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Chrome.
- Hold down Command + Shift + N for Safari.
If you're able to successfully login, you can try canceling your account again. Here's how to cancel your account:
- Click the Gear icon
- Choose Billing Info.
- In the Cancel section, click Cancel now.
- Enter the reason for your cancellation.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Hit Cancel subscription again.
Once completed, you'd receive an email notification containing your cancellation details. Also, once you cancel a paid account, the system keeps your company data for up to a year so that you can pick up where you left off if you decide to re-subscribe during this time frame.
