I’ve tried both these options, I did remove the app earlier and re-install to no avail. 

Could it be because I still have the app active on my old phone? I would assume not but worth asking.

You can use your login credentials to access your QuickBooks Online account on multiple devices, including both your old and new phones. Any changes or transactions made on one device will be automatically updated across all devices connected to your account.

  2. Navigate to the Menu at the bottom.
  3. Go to Articles and support, then tap on the Contact Us button.
