Changing/Editing Card information under Billing & Subscription

Yes, I'm glad to narrow down the steps in updating your payment info in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA), @HAM9.

Please follow the step below:

1. Go to the Gear icon then select Subscriptions and billing under Your Company.
   
   
    
2. Select the Billings details tab.
3. Choose whether it's a Credit/Debit Card, Direct Debit, or Paypal.
   
   
    
4. Enter the Billing Address and all the required information. Make sure that all the data are accurate to avoid any errors.
   
   
    
5. When done, click on Save and use.

An error will pop up if in case the card you're going to use isn't supported by Intuit. Also, after successfully updating the payment to be used, QuickBooks will automatically bill the subscription to the newly entered and discard the old one. @QueenC When I go to Subscription & Billing section under Edit payment when I click on “+ Add new” it gives me the payment details section. At the bottom it would have the following check boxes:

“Use this as my legal business address”.

“Save payment method to my Intuit profile”.

“By selecting Save and use, I understand that I am enrolling in a QuickBooks Online…”

What do I select? Also is Company details important to fill out if presented, in addition to Billing details, as per your screenshots?
