How do I get my debit card payment for practice management transferred to my direct debit for licences?

Also will intuit remove the post flooding error as I could not post my query for 2 minutes while it waited for me to correct errors - nonsense

I've got some steps on how to change your payment method to direct debit in QuickBooks Online Accountant. Before you start, know that only an admin can update payment info for your account. Also, you'll need to update payment info in QuickBooks Online using a web browser. You won't be able to update payment information from the mobile app.

 

Follow these steps: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon located in the upper left corner. 
  2. Under the Your Company column, click Subscriptions & Billing
  3. In the Payment Information section, select Edit ✎.
  4.  Under Payment information, choose Direct Debit.
  5. Fill out the necessary billing information.
  6. Tick the checkbox if you are the only person required to authorize Direct Debit, or have submitted the Dual Signature Form
  7. Once you have read and understood the Direct Debit Guarantee, tick the checkbox.

Hi my payment method is already direct debit in quickbooks - however to sign up to the new practice management module I had to enter my debit card details - how do I get this billing moved to my regular monthly direct debit?

About your billing concern, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Billing Team. That way, they can help you move your billing to regular monthly direct debit. 

 

Here's how to connect with our team:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
    • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
