You may have set a password to protect a .PDF file when sending an invoice to your customers. The password should be the last 7-digits of your FEIN.
If you don't want to share this personal information, I highly suggest reaching out to our Phone Support team. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can pull up your account in a secure environment and remove the Password Encrypt.
Here's how to reach them:
- Go to this link and choose QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
- On the What can we help you with? section, choose a topic.
