In QBO, the option to renew or resubscribe to the account is inside the Account and Settings. We'll write down the steps to get you going:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon.
- Select Subscriptions and billing.
- Click Resubscribe.
- Select the New payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).
- Enter the updated payment and billing information.
- Select Resubscribe.
