How can I add an accountant? I don’t have the add user tab?

Hi there, @istration-blythm.

 

We've received reports from other users who have experienced the same issue (INV-100697) regarding the inability to add an accountant. I recommend that you contact our support team so that they can add you to the list of affected users. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on the Help (?) button.
  3. In QB Assistant, type in the topic or questions you need help with.
  4. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
