You'll want to log in to your QBSE account using a browser. Then, you can click on the Settings and the Accountant, as shown in the screenshot.
If you still don't see an Accountant option, please contact our Support team to check this further. They can use a screen-sharing tool to gather more details to investigate the behavior.
You can also send copies of your reports to your accountant.
- In QuickBooks Self-Employed, go to the Reports menu.
- Find the report you want to download.
- Select the time period or tax year from the dropdown.
- Select View or Download.
- Select the arrow icon ▼ and then the Print or Download.
