Can we ask you how did you set the account up? Did you set it up yourself or did your accountant set the account up for you and added you as a user on to it?
I'm here to help you with setting up an admin right to your account.
If you are the one paying your subscription and is setting it up from the start, you must be the admin of that account or file. For the time being, you can check out your access through the Manage Users window. I'll guide you how.
