I'd like to cancel my subscription before my next direct debit in 1/2 days, but after I've done that can I access the data/my account to run reports?

We’re sad to know that you want to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, ellieswelliesgar. However, I’m here to make the process easy for you.

Your data will be accessible with read-only access for a year after you cancel or discontinue your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. Once your subscription is canceled, the option to make any changes or updates to the data is unavailable. Here's an article for more details: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

Here's how to cancel your QBO:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
  3. Choose the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel your trial.
  5. Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  6. Follow the next steps.
  7. Tap Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Press Got it.

For more details, you can check out this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online Subscription. Moreover, if you find yourself getting back to business with QuickBooks, you can always re-subscribe or reactivate your account in a few steps. We will be happy to serve you back.

If you need any further help aside from canceling your Online account, feel free to leave a comment. I'm always available to offer a helping hand, so don't hesitate to reach out. Take care and stay well!
