If you can't access the email and phone number associated with your QuickBooks account and have already initiated the account recovery process, please know that our team will efficiently process your request. Our dedicated team will work diligently to verify your identity and assist you in regaining access to your account. 

 

Please note that the account recovery process usually takes up to one business day to complete. Our business hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM PT, Monday to Friday.

I need to change my password as QuickBooks is not acceping it anymore. I sent a copy of my driver license to the account recovery bit no luck. What can I do.

Google removed the phone number that I used to access my QB account.  Codes sent to me by QB can no longer be received. Need to update with a new phone number.

 

Spent 5 hours so far on the phone with QB support trying to upload my driver's license in NOVA to change my phone number.  I have 2 case numbers, unsolved.  I took the photo of the license but the screen just spins, won't upload.  The last QB customer service rep contacted NOVA and NOVA asked for proof of my experience, all provided.

 

At this point, I'm fine with cancelling the account but I want the 6 years of data sitting in my account.  Nothing changed but my phone number.  Can you guys load my data on a thumb drive and send it to me please.  My account is paid in full.  You charged me again 2 days ago but I have not been able to access the account in about a week.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion about your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
     


You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
