I’ve been charged £11.99 for my subscription on the 16th january and when I login I’m getting a msg to say suspended for non payment and can’t use featyres

Hello Davidsonandy51-g, Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community page, If you could ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 and the agent on the phone will be able to nook into the system more for you to see what it is saying. The line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK landline or mobile.

Hi,

 

so I have been on to chat support.which after waiting to find out if they had corrected I was not getting an answer.but I logged in on my phone,android and seemed to be able to review transactions as active..on iPad I’m not sure as I managed to do what’s need on phone,but iPad does still say suspended.If it is still the same tomorrow I will call support
