I want to ensure you'll be able to update your phone number and reset your password successfully.
Before updating your phone number, you have to reset your password in a supported web browser.
To reset the password:
- Go to the Sign in page (https://uk.selfemployed.intuit.com/login).
- Click on Forgot your user ID or password under the Sign In button.
- Enter your email address under the Get help signing in to your account page.
- Follow the rest of the instructions to retrieve your login credentials.
Once completed, you'll now be able to reset the password and update your phone number.
