im trying to upgrade my subscription ,but i dont have a billing & subcriptions tab ?

Let's work together to fix error, @newbi.

 

To start with, are you the master admin on the Quickbooks account? Do you pay for the subscription directly through Quickbooks or do you pay through Apple or Android billing or does your accountant pay? As this could impact what changes the Quickbooks will let you make to the billing.

If you are the Master admin and you pay the billing directly to Quickbooks then it should allow you to make changes to the subscription. If that is the case and it does not it may be browser related, let's perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Access your QBO account using a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some errors and/or unusual responses.
    • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  2. Your web browsers stores information and history that may affect its performance. If you’re able to navigate around QuickBooks, you may want to clear the cache of your regular web browsers.
  3. If you get the same result while using an incognito/private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
