Lost my data on my account and ideas

To begin, could you please share more details about your concern? When you mention "ideas", are these part of the data you're missing? Also, could you clarify what exactly is lost? Is it all of your data or just certain transactions? Having this information will help me provide a tailored solution.

 

In the meantime, ensure you are logging into QuickBooks Online (QBO) with the correct credentials and accessing the right company file.

 

Next, check the Audit log in QBO to see if there have been any deletions. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.

  2. Select Audit log.
  3. In the filters, choose All Users and All events from their respective dropdowns.

  4. Under the Date Changed dropdown, select a particular period.

 

If you've confirmed that you're using the correct account and company file and do not see deleted data, clear your browser’s cache to rule out potential browser-related issues. Alternatively, you may use other supported browsers.
