Before anything, could you please specify the error message when running QBDT 2010. If you've installed QBDT 2010 on your computer, you may be prompted to enter an activation code to proceed. Moreover, if the 2010 version is incompatible with Windows 10, you may consider installing an older version such as Windows 8 for better performance, as Deity Alpha suggested above.
