QB are taking money from my account but there is no supporting invoice - believe this is systems problem

Hi,

I'm having such a battle and nothing is ever easy.  QB took £6.77 from my bank on 11/8/25.  In my subscriptions area there is no explanation.  My account manager is still "looking into it" although I've now been contacted to say I have a new account manager who knows nothing.

My previous account manager did say that there are lots of accountants who are having random amounts taken from their bank accounts without explanation.

Is anyone else here experiencing the same issues without explanation - please share!

I understand how frustrating it can be when things feel like a constant battle, especially when money is taken from your account without an explanation, AccountancyBasket.

 

It's definitely a concern when you see an unfamiliar charge on your account and you can't find a corresponding invoice in your records.

 

I see that you’ve already reviewed your Billing & Subscription section, but didn’t find any related transaction linked to the amount.

 

If you haven’t already, I recommend using our Look-up Charge tool, which is designed to help identify the source of any charge on your account and provide additional clarity. Make sure to enter the necessary information, such as the exact amount and the charge date, for verification.

 

You can access it, similar to the image shown below, through this link: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

 

 

If the tool doesn’t provide any further details about the charge, I recommend contacting our Chat or Phone Support team. They can conduct a deeper analysis of your account to pinpoint exactly where the charge came from and help you get it resolved.

 

If the charge is found to be incorrect or unauthorized, we will ensure it is refunded promptly.
