Need an authorisation step on bills received

Hello WW13, So it is currently available in the US version but not here yet in the UK version. When we get the advanced plus accounts it should be in there but we do not have any idea when the advanced QuickBooks option is coming into the UK version. Here is a link that has a bit more information.

Edit QuickBooks Advanced which has automated workflows is now available in the UK more details can be found on the features of advanced here, if you click on the advanced see all features option.

Is your company located in the UK and using QBO UK version? You post in the US community.

It's ok. They have already moved your post to the UK community. This feature is only available in QBO Advanced. You may have a 3rd party app to integrate with QBO UK version to run similar feature.

Hi

I hadnt realised that this might be an option and was looking at using Expensiify - I was looking at it in order to process expense claims and realised it had this additional function. One of the consequences of working all over the UK is that the old days on walking over with invoices to sign off are gone.

If QBO is going to offer this as I process and invoice - one less step to do

Go to the Gear icon on the upper right side.

Type your suggestion in the box and click Next.
