Otherwise, let's isolate this issue by clearing the cache and deleting Intuit-specific cookies, as accumulated ones can sometimes affect its performance. Alternatively, you can switch to another compatible option to ensure the browser runs smoothly as intended.

 

For your iOS, let's reset the app data to refresh your device and set it to its default state. To do this:

 

  1. Go to Settings and tap General.
  2. Click iPhone/iPad Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
