Go cardless and Quickbooks has stopped working yet Again!!

Integration interruptions occur due to updates, timeouts, or server issues, CaptainEon.

 

To isolate this issue, we can disconnect and reconnect your GoCardless in QuickBooks to refresh the connection.

 

Here's how to disconnect:

 

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. In My Apps, click GoCardless.
  3. Select the three vertical dots and choose Disconnect.

 

To reconnect:

 

  1. Return to the Apps section and search for GoCardless.
  2. Click Connect to reconnect.
  3. Follow the prompts to reauthenticate and grant permissions.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to GoCardless support to see if there's maintenance on their end.

If you are running a service company, you can use a proposal management app to syn with QBO and accept payments by cards.
