The QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app is no longer available for new sign-ups after March 24, 2024. In your situation, yes, you are correct that you should still be able to log in to your account.
Since you mentioned that you have a new phone, please select the Log in or Sign in option to enter your credentials. If you choose the Sign up option, it means you will create a new account.
In the meantime, you can use the QuickBooks web version to access your account. If you still have your old iPhone with the app installed, you can continue using it there.
