I'll walk you through the steps to ensure you void the invoice in QuickBooks Desktop.
To begin, open the invoice you wish to void. Then proceed as follows:
- From the Main tab, click the X Delete icon dropdown.
- Choose Void.
- Hit Save & Close, then Yes to confirm the changes.
