Hello Moritz-wanger-gm, Can we ask you to sign in to the account portal here and change both the email and user name away from the one you used to something else, confirm with the password, and then exit? This will then free up that email to be used on the Self Employed Uk version.

Welcome to the Community page,
So what you will need to do is cancel the US version one and then sign up to the UK version with a different email that Quickbooks doesn't know then when you log in to the account it will log you into the UK version. If you don't sign up with a different email address it will keep logging you into the US one instead even though you have canceled it.
I have already canceled my US trial version that automatically launched when I signed in accidentally.
I wasn't able to find a way to delete my account from the US platform. I still get the message as seen in the picture attached to this post, right when I try to log in on the UK platform.
Signing up with another email is very inconvenient for me now.
Plus, my UK account has a running subscription. What will happen to that?

If I follow these instructions will I have to start again or will it transfer all of the work I have done?
You have to start from scratch or use a migration tool before cancelling your old account.
