It's my priority to ensure you can link your Chase Savings bank account, adrian-line.
QuickBooks will automatically ask for your credentials when you connect your bank account. You can reach out to your financial institution to verify the details.
Also, make sure that you've selected the Chase Savings bank account. This way, you can successfully connect it. Here's how:
If you're unable to see the account's name on the list, I'd recommend adding the bank's URL.
In case you're still unable to find the correct account, you can request support from your bank to connect it. I'll show you how:

I am having the same problem and have requested that QB works with Chase UK to resolve this but as it is now June 2023 and this original post is May 2022 I am not hopeful.
Hello Beehappy, we have looked into this and currently Chase bank is not available on open banking in the UK version of QuickBooks. We do see that there has been interest from another user in having this bank as an automatic connection option. We will pass on your comments to our banking engineers in the head office, the more requests we get the better, it can also be down to the bank and the open banking connection being workable between both parties. Currently it would be a case of uploading a CSV of downloaded bank transactions into QuickBooks for that bank, we appreciate that is not ideal.
I have also requested this when I signed up and heard nothing back. I know a lot of other people who use Chase as well.
not being able to link to Chase renders it sort of useless
Hello Laurlsenior, thanks for posting on this thread, like emmam6 has said currently Chase bank is not available on open banking in the UK version of QuickBooks. We have passed this onto the banking team and it maybe a bank that comes onto open banking in the future. For now it would be a case of uploading a CSV of downloaded bank transactions into QuickBooks for that bank, we know that is not ideal but it is a workaround for you, so you can continue doing your books. Here is a list of banks that are available to connect to but currently Chase is not one of them.
Hi, just wondering if there's an update on this yet please.
I checked in QB online that Chase was on the list of banks that could be added as a bank feed before I opened an account.
After opening an account with Chase they aren't providing a username and password so I can't link the account in QB. There is only app access.
Is it likely that the app access login will be added to QB soon please?
Hi there, Suzanne. We'll share insights to help you get through this situation and connect your Chase Bank to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
When connecting a bank to QBO, know it requires you to access your bank's website, username, and password for security purposes. Your bank will be the one to check for permission to continue the process. You can visit this article for further guidelines: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
Since the bank you used allows only access through the app and doesn't provide the username or password key, you'll want to contact the Chase Bank Support Team. This way, they can give you an alternative way to connect it to your QBO company and have your transactions flow inside the program.
We're adding these articles to help you handle bank transactions, and reconcile an account inside your company:

Hello, Chase customer support gave no solution to the issue and have asked if QB have a work around for the Chase UK customers.
There are only username and password for the US logins.
Also they can't provide csv downloads, only pdfs.
I appreciate the time sharing here with your concern regarding Chase savings bank connectivity to QuickBooks Online, usersuzanneflux. I recognize the effort you have been through to enable the integration of your online banking account into the program. Let me provide detailed information on this matter.
With QuickBooks Online, the program is always dependent on the supporting bank associated. Since Chase Savings Bank for UK isn't directly supported by this online software, QuickBooks is unable to provide workarounds to help connect your financial institution.
However, you can request support from your bank to connect them efficiently. To do this:
In addition to that, PDF formats exported from your bank aren't supported to move its data and transactions to QBO. With this, you may consider looking for a third-party converter tool to allow PDF file formats from your bank to a CSV file of QBO. Refer to this article for further insights: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks Online.
