Since you're not seeing options in the About Me section in settings, try to clear your browser's cache and cookies or open the browser in incognito or private window. QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster and sometimes these can cause web pages not to load when full or outdated. You can also try another browser and see if works.
You can invite your accountant by following these steps:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Select your profile ⚙ icon.
- Select Accountant.
- In the Invite your accountant field, enter your accountant's email address. Then select Send invite.
- Select Done.
