Hi telpsantos77-gma Thanks for reaching out to us here on the community. There is only one category for business income, it's not possible to differentiate/categorise types of business income..
Hi John C, Thank you for your answer.
Im still a little confused....when I go to Self-Assessment Summary I can see 2 lines in Business Income, 1) Your turnover - the takings, fees, sales or money earned by your business and 2) Any other business income not included in box 15.
If we have this on Self-Assessment Summary why can we not use it? and if we have only one category for business income what is the point for the second line to be on the summary?
Thank you
Hello Telpsantos77-gma, thanks for coming back to us, so with all sales added as business income in the transactions section will impact box 15. You can not subdivide sales into categories in Quickbooks Self-Employed. Do you have rental income from the business or were you just looking to split sales into sub categories.
Hi Ashleig1, thank you for your reply
I received 2 HMRC Seiss Grant and my accountant told me to add this as other business income as it is not a normal income and it is not invoiced.
Thank you
