My Client cannot activate the QuickBook online mobile App without the accountant's permission. How do I give that permission?
Hi SA2401, thanks for your post - there are no separate permissions to view the app once the client has been added as a user. What QuickBooks subscription level are they using (QB Self-Employed or QB Online), and do they show listed as an active user? If you're able to attach a screenshot of the page that they see when accessing the app, that would be helpful. :)
