Let me provide some information as to why your subscription is inactive.
There are a few reasons why your subscription can be inactive, and the most common ones include outdated payment methods or incorrect billing information. To fix this, I recommend double-checking your billing and payment details.
To view your subscription information, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company as a primary admin.
- Go to Settings.
- Click Subscriptions and billing.
- Review the information in each section.

Once you sign in to your QuickBooks Online company, you will be prompted to resubscribe. However, if you are not prompted, you can follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Click Resubscribe.
- Select the New payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).
- Enter the updated payment and billing information.
- Hit Resubscribe.
